When you're organising a corporate event, conference or networking gathering, you already have enough things to think about. The photographer shouldn’t become one of them.
Hi, I’m Richard, the face behind RichardPhoto.
Over the years, I’ve photographed everything from executive dinners and conferences to international corporate events and networking receptions. My approach is simple: understand what matters to you before the event starts, work immersive while it’s happening, and deliver a collection of images your team can actually use for PR, branding or internal comms afterwards.
Before every event, we discuss the schedule, key people, branding moments and any specific wishes. That means you don’t have to spend the day pointing at speakers or chasing me through the venue (you may if you feel like it).
From keynote stages with difficult lighting to elegant dinners and fast-paced networking events, I bring the experience and equipment needed to adapt to the situation without disrupting it.
And yes, if your event runs 20 minutes late, I’ll adjust.
My goal is straightforward: to make the photography part of your event feel easy, professional and worry-free, so you can focus on your guests while I focus on the moments worth capturing.

Which cities do you cover as an event photographer?
"I photograph business events in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague, and I'm available across the Netherlands for larger conferences. I've covered events for AWS, Celonis, Thoughtworks, and the University of Amsterdam, among others."
How far in advance should we book?
"4 weeks is typical for a standard corporate event, and 2 months for larger conferences with multiple sessions. If your date is close, reach out anyway, I'll let you know within 24h if I'm available."
How quickly will we receive the photos?
"The full edited gallery delivered within 14 days. If you need images for a same-day/next day press release or social post, let me know in advance so I can plan for it (extra fee)."
Can we use the photos for marketing and social media?
"Yes, internal use, website, social media, and press are all included as standard. If you need broader usage such as paid advertising, let's discuss it before the event."
Will you personally photograph our event, or send someone else?
"I shoot every event myself. For larger events with multiple simultaneous sessions, or event (LinkedIn) portraits on location, I bring in a second photographer or assistant."
How many edited photos will we receive?
"The number of edited photos depends on your event's length and how much is happening. A single keynote naturally produces fewer standout shots than a full day with multiple breakout sessions and activities. Once I know your program, I'll give you a realistic estimate before the event."
What information do you need from us before the event?
"A run of show or agenda, your must-have shots (speakers, VIPs, key moments), and a point of contact on the day. Sending this a few days ahead lets me plan coverage so nothing important gets missed."
